Twist bottle caps may be taking over when it comes to sealing wine bottles, but we're unwilling to accept that they'll replace corks completely. There's just something so romantic, vintage and beautiful about corks; they're little mementos we have of those celebrations we've sipped a particular wine to toast and no two corks every seem the same.
While you can still buy wine corks in bulk, those precious few we see atop bottles imbued with special meaning seem to be disappearing.
