This punch uses Italian sparkling soda for a sweet yet refreshing flavor.

Ingredients
- 12 Oz frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 12 Oz frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 48 Oz pineapple juice
- 3 Cup water
- 1 Cup sugar
- 2 Pint strawberries, hulled
- 1 Liter Sparkling Italian lemon-lime soda
Steps
- Combine the orange juice, lemonade, and pineapple juice and stir well.
- Bring 3 cups water and the sugar to a boil in a heavy saucepan and boil until sugar is dissolved, about 5 minutes. Let cool. Add the syrup to the fruit juices.
- Place the whole strawberries into a ring mold. Pour in enough fruit juice to fill the mold. Freeze. Refrigerate the remaining juice.
- When ready to serve, pour the fruit juice into a punch bowl and add the soda. Float the strawberry ice ring in the punch.

- 2 Quart lime sherbert
- 2 Liter ginger ale
- 46 Oz pineapple juice
- 2 Whole lemons, sliced thinly
- 3 Whole limes, sliced thinly
- 1 Whole small jar of maraschino cherries

- In a punch bowl, add 2 quarts of lime sherbet. Then add ginger ale and pineapple juice.
- Decorate with lemon and lime slices and some maraschino cherries.

This tasty punch recipe hails from famed chef Emeril Lagasse. It can be made in both an alcoholic and nonalcoholic form.

Ingredients
- 4 Cup diced ripe pineapple
- 3/4 Cup granulated sugar
- 1 Cup water (substitute water for light rum if you want to make it alcoholic)
- 1/2 Cup fresh squeezed lime juice
- 6 Cup water
- 1/4 Cup cilantro leaves, for garnish
Steps
- In a blender, combine half the pineapple, sugar, rum and lime juice and puree until smooth.
- Transfer to a 3 quart pitcher and add the water. Repeat with the remaining pineapple, remaining sugar, rum (or additional cup of water if nonalcoholic) and lime juice and stir well to combine, making sure that the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled. Serve in tall glasses filled with ice and garnished with cilantro leaves.

Guests will go crazy for this effervescent party punch.

- 9 Oz fruit flavored galtin mix
- 4 Cup white sugar
- 13 Cup boiling water
- 92 Oz pineapple juice
- 16 Oz lemon juice concentrate
- 4 Liter ginger ale, chilled
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine gelatin and sugar. Stir in boiling water until mixture is dissolved. Stir in pineapple juice and lemon juice concentrate. Divide into 2 containers, and freeze until solid.
- To serve, place gelatin mixture in punch bowl, and chop into pieces. Pour in ginger ale.

- 46 Oz red punch (Hawaiian punch is recommended)
- 46 Oz apple juice
- 48 Oz cranberry juice
- 2 Liter ginger ale
- 1 Whole bag of ice cubes
Steps
- Combine all ingredients in a large punch bowl or pot. Add ice and stir.
- **For an alcoholic version, add 4 cups berry vodka and 1/2 cup orange liqueur.
