This marinade is great for those who want a bit of a Latin touch for a fiesta night.
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Orange Juice
- 1 Whole Squeezed Lime
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Cilantro
- 1 Packet Goya Sason Seasoning with Saffron
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
Steps
- Combine the ingredients below then place in a plastic baggie with the steak for a minimum of 2 hours.

An Asian Flair Steak Marinade is fantastic for those of you who are in for a Bruce Lee movie marathon.
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Soy Sauce
- The Juice of one Lemon
- 1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Grated Ginger Root
- 1 Clove Crushed Garlic
- 1 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
