 See Spot As Santa

Many adoring pet owners can't resist a little Santa hat on their Chihuahua or jingle bell collar on their kitty. These costumes are super-cute and comfy for your furry friends from plush reindeer antlers to a green elf ensemble that will dress your pet in his or her holiday best.

Most of these costumes were made by Rubies, and a visit to their website will let you know where they are available in stores and online.

Make your dog the center of holiday attention by outfitting him in a Santa suit. Some suits are made "saddle style" where the costume rests on the dog's back and a classic black belt fastens it all together. Or you can go with a deluxe costume that sports fur-trimmed arms for your dog's front legs. For those who want to keep it simple, top Spot with a red Santa hat.

Angelic Canines

Is your dog an absolute angel? Let everyone know by dressing your pup in white and crowning him or her with a halo. Many doggie angel costumes are lightweight and adorable. Some even feature hands in a prayer position to give your dog true heavenly style.

Jingle Kitty and Cat Wraps

Cats in costumes can be tricky. The simpler the better when it comes to giving your feline a festive look. Go for a winter scarf loosely wrapped around his or her neck or a jingle bell collar for a holiday accent.

Rudolph the Red-Nosed Dog

We saw it first in "The Grinch Who Stole Christmas." Little Max, the green miser's faithful pup, donned branches as antlers to carry out his master's evil plan! Go for plush antlers for maximum comfort.

Top Dog on New Year's Eve

Dress your doggie to the "ca-nines" for a holiday party or New Year's Eve bash. This tux and top hat will give him the elegance he needs to get into all the best dog parks.

All I Want For Christmas...
Are the little ones in your home begging for a furry friend this Christmas? Make a festive presentation for the gift of a puppy or kitty by gently placing them in a cozy stocking with their heads and front paws exposed. Or embellish a new pet bed with safe, soft holiday decorations and place the puppy or kitten in the bed under the tree right before the kids awake on Christmas morning.
