- 2 Graham Crackers
- Strawberry or Grape Preserves/Jelly
- Peanut Butter
- Marshmallow Fluff
- Spread one graham cracker with the preserves and the other with the peanut butter.
- Either add the marshmallow fluff between the peanut butter and jelly, or add it on top.
- Devour!

- White Chocolate
- 2 Chocolate Graham Crackers
- Marshmallows
- Extra: 5 Raspberries or 2 Strawberries (halved)
- Roast the Marshmallow. You can also either heat it over a stove or in a microwave.
- Place the hot marshmallow on one of the chocolate graham crackers.
- Lay the piece of white chocolate over the hot marshmallow and wait 30 seconds to 1 minute for it to soften.
- If you wish, add a few fresh raspberries or strawberries (halved) on top of the chocolate, then add another hot marshmallow to the remaining graham cracker and sandwich the s'more. The additional marshmallow will hold in the fruit.

- Tub of Nutella or other Hazelnut Chocolate Spread
- 1/2 banana
- Roasted Marshmallow
- 2 Graham Crackers
- Spread nutella over one of the graham crackers.
- Cut up half a banana and place the pieces on top of the nutella spread.
- Add a warm roasted marshmallow on top of the banana and sandwich with remaining graham cracker.
- 2 Chocolate Graham Crackers
- Dark chocolate bar
- Vanilla ice cream (or chocolate, if you're a true chocoholic!)
- Prepare just like you would a regular s'more and place in a small bowl.
- Add a scoop of ice cream over the top and eat with a spoon.

- Vanilla Sugar
- Cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 Peeled and Sliced Apples
- ½ Cup apple juice
- Cinnamon Graham Crackers
- Milk chocolate bar
- Mini Marshmallows
- In a bowl, mix the apples with the lemon juice, apple juice, vanilla sugar and cinnamon until they are well-coated.
- Add the apples and mixture to a frying pan over medium heat, stir regularly and cook for 5 minutes to soften the apples.
- Place the bottom graham cracker on a plate and top it with the chocolate.
- Add piping hot apples on top of the chocolate bar.
- Add mini marshmallows on top of the apple mixture and sandwich it with the final graham cracker.
- 1 ounces vodka
- 16 ounces chocolate liqueur (we used E & J ® Cask & Cream Chocolate Temptation)
- 1 64- ounce pitcher
- 1 graham cracker
- 1 jar marshmallow creme (we like Marshmallow Fluff ®)
- 16 martini glasses (disposable versions available at party stores)
- 1 bag wooden skewers
- 1 bag miniature marshmallows
- Pour vodka and chocolate liqueur into pitcher and stir. Refrigerate for at least several hours until the mixture is very cold.
- Crush a graham cracker in a plastic bag, then pour the crumbs into a small bowl.
- Dip a finger into the jar of marshmallow creme, then run it around the rims of your martini glasses to lightly coat. Next, dip each glass into the bowl of graham cracker crumbs and shake the bowl gently to cover the marshmallow creme with crumbs. (You can do this the night before the party and stick the prepared glasses in the freezer if you like.)
- If you have a grill going (or even better, a firepit or chimenea), offer each guest a wooden skewer and three mini marshmallows to toast over the flame (put the grill on high for the best browning). Note: Although the skewer package may advise soaking the skewers in water for at least 20 minutes, it's not necessary for this recipe.
- Pour about 3 ounces of the drink mixture into each of the prepared glasses and serve, letting each guest slide their roasted marshmallows into their drink for garnish.Recipe courtesy of evite.com

The S'more Crepe Your guests will be saying "Ooh-la-la!" when you serve up this twist on the traditional American s'more. To create the S'more Crepe, simply fill a regular hot crepe with chunks of graham cracker and nutella (or other chocolate spread) and top it off with a heaping spoonful of warm marshmallow fluff. Drizzle the mouth-watering concoction with a bit of warm fudge and voila: you have yourself a S'more crepe.

S'more Ice Cream Sundaes
Why trek to the ice cream store when you can make an awesome S'more Sundae at home? This is a great treat to make with the whole family or for a kid's party since it's quick and easy to make. The only prep you need to do beforehand is to freeze a slab or stone cutting board overnight. You can also pre-crush the graham crackers if you prefer not to deal with the possible mess while creating the sundaes.
