In Raiders of the Lost Ark, history and archeology professor Indiana Jones travels the world in search of the lost Ark of the Covenant.
In one of the greatest opening movie scenes ever, Indiana Jones escapes from an ancient temple as he evades deadly traps and a giant rolling rock. He finds the Ark in a desert tomb and returns it to safe hands.
Dangle fake pythons from the ceiling and toss mini plastic snakes on the ground for guests to walk over as they enter the party.
Create a rustic archway or entryway using artificial rock wall panels or rock wallpaper.
Hang green moss, Spanish moss and vines for a "overgrown" look.

The Last Crusade Activities: Holy Grail Hunt
One of the best parts of The Last Crusade was when the audience found out how Indiana Jones got his name, the scar on his chin, and his fear of snakes! In this movie, Indy and his estranged father join forces to search for the Holy Grail.
Steps
- Hide the Holy Grail, a golden goblet, in your yard or a secret place at the party.
- Hide lots of plastic gold coins or foil-covered chocolate coins as well.
- Pass out goody bags for guests to collect the coins.
- The person who finds the Holy Grail gets to keep it or wins a big prize.
