We used the owl theme motif as well as the color palette to create a modern baby shower that's gender neutral. The invitations are so adorable we even used them in our decor.

Setting a pretty tabletop is simple to do when you use your invitation as inspiration. We have some great ideas to dress your table, plus a great tip on how to cross-reference decorative elements within the party space.

We kept our dessert table sleek and modern and used the vibrant colors in our invitation of orange, green, and white. We placed fabric over the tablecloth and used the same pattern in a frame over the dessert table. This is a good trick to help unify two separate areas of a party.

Our centerpiece for the dessert table was made by clustering a few items together. A tall urn filled with flowers was flanked by an owl figurine and a baby bottle which holds one of our Pear Tree invitations.

When you use invitations as cute as these you'll want to show them off as part of the decor. We filled the baby bottle with gumballs to weigh it down and add color. Then cut a slit into the nipple and slid the invitation into it. This is a fun way to add a "baby" touch to the modern owl theme baby shower.
