We don't know about you, but we're pretty nuts for Nutella. There's just so much to do with the nutty chocolate spread!
But before we get into the good stuff, let's learn a little about this creamy delicious spread we've become such fans of. Now sold in over 75 countries, the hazelnut and chocolate recipe was first introduced to consumers at the start of World War II.
Due to the limited availability of cocoa during the era, pastry maker and Nutella inventor Pietro Ferrero of Italy, created the recipe by mixing in hazelnuts with his cocoa since they were found abundantly in the Piedmont region where he lived.
Now, if you haven't tried Nutella, well you don't know what you're missing! It's hearty enough to warrant a spread on some toast in the morning, but sweet enough to mix into cookies and other desserts.
Here, a round up of our favorite recipes inspired by the spread. Give one or all a try for a treat everyone is sure to love and devour!
