    • One plastic cup
    • Permanent markers
    • Super Glue
    • White glue stick
    • Construction paper
    • Scissors

  • Cut out shapes using construction paper and scissors. Some shape ideas are: Apples, Shofar, Star of David
  • With permanent marker write "Have a Sweet New Year" or "L'Shana Tova" on the plate
  • Using the glue stick paste down the cut-out shapes on one of the clear plastic plates.
  • Run a line of super glue around the rim of the clear plastic plate and affix the second plate to the top of the first to seal in the decorations.
  • For the cup, decorate the outside using cut-out shapes. The word honey in Hebrew is "D'vash" and this can be written on the cup in permanent marker.
  • Glue the bottom of the cup to the center of the plate and let dry.
  • In just a few short hours your apples and honey plate will be ready for serving!
