- Create the theater from a sturdy material like foam core board or cardboard.
- Cut out one large square in the middle to create the "stage" and add supports on the sides.
- Let kids have fun painting and decorating the exterior to look like anything they want -- the inside of a theater, a castle, etc. Let their imaginations run wild.
- Puppet making is a cinch -- all you need to do is supply paper bags or old socks, googly eyes, markers and glue. Kids will do the rest!
