Salsa Boracha adds sizzle and spice to your Super Bowl bash.
Ingredients
- 1 medium dried chipotle or ancho chile
- 4 cups diced tomatoes
- 1 Cup diced brown onion
- 1 (3.5 g ) beef bullion cube, mashed
- 1/4 Cup Oyster Sauce
- 1/4 Cup beer
- 1/2 Cup chopped fresh cilantro
- salt to taste
Steps
- Remove stem and seeds from chile and place in a small saucepan full of water. Bring water to a boil for 5 minutes to soften chile. Cool to touch and mince into tiny bits.
- Cut tomatoes in half and remove seeds before dicing. Add all ingredients into a bowl and stir to combine. Cover salsa and let stand for 1 hour at room temperature before serving to allow flavors to blend. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Makes about 5 cups.

The Mojito Mayo Dip, with its "cocktail" theme, is a big hit at home parties, and a sure bet to score extra points at a tailgating event.
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Hellmann's ® or Best Foods ® Real Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 to 2 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
Steps
- In small bowl, combine all ingredients. Season to taste with salt and ground black pepper. Chill, if desired. Serve with fresh veggies.

Impress guests with spiked chocolate sauce that will steal the show.
Steps
- Combine 1 cup of prepared dessert sauce, such as the sauce from a jar that you would use to top an ice cream sundae, with 1 tablespoon of liqueur and mix until blended.
- In addition to Caramel and Fudge sauce try Butterscotch mixed with liqueur as well!

Amaretto and OJ add citrus punch to your palatte.
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Amaretto
- 1/2 Cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons orange zest
- 2 cups sour cream
Steps
- Heat Amaretto, orange juice, and zest in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil and cook until liquid reduces to 1/3, about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and cool to room temperature. Stir mixture into sour cream until blended. Cover with plastic wrap and chill until ready to use. Makes about 2 cups.

Super fans won't be able to stop dipping into the Bowl for this Bloody Mary Cocktail Sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 Cup cocktail sauce
- 3 tbs vodka
- 1/8 Tsp horseradish
- 1 Tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 Tsp celery salt
Steps
- Mix together in a small bowl until combined. Cover and refrigerate until party time.
- Serve with cooked, cold shrimp. Makes about 1 1/2 cups of sauce.

Evoke an island feel at your Super Bowl fete with pina colada sauce.
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup cream of coconut, such as Coco Lopez
- 2 Tbsp crushed pineapple
- 3 Tbsp sour cream
- 1/4 Tsp minced, peeled fresh ginger
- 1/4 Tsp Jamaican rum
- 1 Pinch Salt
Steps
- Mix together in a small bowl until combined. Cover and refrigerate until party time. Serve with bite-size chicken skewers or coconut shrimp.
