Tailgating is as American as Apple Pie... or in our case, spiked Apple Cider!

Whether at a football game, a baseball game, or even a concert, fans love to get to an event early to BBQ, drink cocktails and get the party started. Even if you don't like sports, who can resist an outdoor party where the smells of grilled steak and pulled pork mingle with the sound of Bruce Springsteen blasting from a car stereo?

For your next tailgate event, we suggest trying two great recipes. Our friend Katie Lee Joel, author of The Comfort Table, has an easy, and delectable, recipe for Pulled Pork, which can be made the night before in a slow cooker. Just put all the ingredients in, turn it on and forget about it until morning!

And in our experience, nothing washes down a good old-fashioned American barbeque meal quite like Bourbon, the only true American spirit! So, when the weather starts to get a bit cooler, try our Spiked Hot Apple Cider.
