5 Unique Hors d'oeuvre Trays

Hors d'oeuvres in Won Ton Spoons

1. Wooden Chessboard

Place hors d'oeuvres on a clean chessboard or in shotglasses on the board.

2. Mirror Tile with Beveled Edges or Marble Tile

Add dazzle to appetizers by serving them on mirror or marble tiles. Make sure tiles are clean and edges are beveled or smooth.

One of my fave ideas, LP records are always a big hit as an appetizer tray.

4. Picture Frame

Large wooden picture frames (@9X13-inches) with a glass insert can be a beautiful way to display hors d'oeuvres. Instead of a picture, put a nice piece of fabric in the frame that matches your party's palette.

5. Won Ton Spoons on White Plates

This crisp presentation idea is perfect for contemporary affairs. Small Asian dip bowls or sake cups also make a handsome vessel for bite-size bits.
