Frozen Strawberry Daquiri
Frozen Strawberry Daquiri

In late Spring, when the price of fruit begins to drop, I stock up and freeze zip-lock bags of berries, cut melon, and even bananas. They are great for smoothies, dessert, and in drinks. You can take them along for a picnic or put them out for a barbeque and they’ll stay cold till you get to eat them. I also add frozen berries to my rum punch bowl, and frozen strawberries and melon to my sangria. You can even skewer them on a kebab and grill them, think pineapple and peaches.
