Saturday night I invited a few friends over for a dinner party inspired by the flavors of fall.  I made a roast pork stuffed with sun dried tomato pesto, some garlic and herb mashed potatoes and green beans.  Sounds delicious right?  It was!  But, would you believe that my friends weren't as impressed with my cooking as much as they were with the cute hand made place cards I made?

Early Friday morning I had been surfing around the web looking at some of my new favorite blogs and I came across this DIY stemware decoration.  I thought I might try making a few (I had six guests for dinner) and use them as decorative placecards.  Not only were they quick and easier to make than I thought, they were a total hit!  My friends loved them.
