...a cookie!

Most of my friends refer to me as their cupcake queen simply because I'm a big time fan of the miniature cakes. Today I had all intentions of heading home to whip up a new cupcake pop recipe I've been saying I would try since Friday, but I think I might make some of these delicious looking morsels instead. Strawberry Shortcake Cookies...mmmm. Don't they just scream summer?

Anytime I'm looking for a super tasty dessert I always check out Beantown Baker.  I've tried so many of her recipes and I've never once been let down! Can't wait to try these!!
