Hi everyone! Hope you had a wonderful week!  I'm in Ireland this week, but have managed to scope out a little inspiration even from here. Let's talk cakes, because really, there should always be cake. Here's some sweet inspiration from some of our favorite bloggers this week.

First up, mini pregger wedding cakes from Kate over at And Everything Sweet.  Seriously. These are ADORABLE. I can't even tell you how much I love these personalized cakes.

Next, check out this delicious-looking CHOCOLATE BUTTER cake from Anna over at Cookie Madness. Chocolate? Butter? How can you go wrong? Maybe I'm just being a dramatic chocoholic? If you're just as eager to try this dessert as I am for my friend's birthday this weekend, head over to find the recipe along with a great review from Anna.

Finally, there's this alphabet letter cake our friend Lyndsey from Kitchen DoughDough made for her newly turned 2-year-old Max for his birthday. Now, if you have young kiddies, totally go for the recipe, style and decoration ideas that Lyndsey used...but feel free to try the recipe with a more sophisticated design if it's just the big kids too. From the bottom brownie layer to the peanut butter frosting atop the vanilla chocolate sprinkled top layer, this cake sounds so yummy, I bet it's a hit at any age!
