Bananas and chocolate are hands down my two favorite things, not foods, things. The itself comes from the inventive kitchen of An Edible Mosaic, which it is indeed, combining the distinct texture (not so much flavor...phew) of sauerkraut and a heavenly chocolate cake mix.
