Our editor Melissa's birthday is this week so we decided to surprise her today with a little office birthday celebration. We had Jon occupy her in a "meeting" while we set up the conference room for the big surprise. I made a few gingerbread cookies for the occasion and decorated them with a festive twist!

I made some with bathing suits, some with bow ties and one with an ugly holiday sweater. I also found a massive pre-made gingerbread cookie from Trader Joe's and decorated it with a big "Happy Birthday!"Although because it was pre-made, it didn't taste that great!
