Ribs can seems like a complicated dish to tackle, which is why so many BBQ hosts opt to serve simple hot dogs and hamburgers. Vanessa's recipe for Pork Spareribs with Barbecue Sauce proves ribs can be an easy dish to prepare, just be sure to have plenty of napkins on hand when serving!

Zucchini, a popular summertime vegetable, tastes great on the grill. Vanessa's Zucchini Parmesan Crispies recipe notes that serving a veggie dish will makes a nice complement to starchy salads and the parmesan cheese will give it a nice flavor.
