I know so many friends and family members who start every new year with the same resolution: to eat healthier. While this can be a struggle for some, just because you have to eat better doesn't mean you have to sacrifice taste! 

For starters, cut out the soda and try drinking flavored seltzer or even better, flavored water, as a substitute. For mealtime, there are a number of different and creative recipes that are low cal and guilt-free.
