Tourists flock to Serendipity III just to taste their delicious frozen hot chocolate. I have to admit, even though I am no tourist, I have waited over an hour to be seated at Serendipity III! There is something about this dessert that just screams New York. Maybe it is because the restaurant is featured in many movies, like the movie Serendipity!

Crumbs Bake Shop
With over 20 bakeries in New York, Crumbs is becoming one of the biggest cupcake hot spots in the city today. Crumbs Bake Shop began in New York City in 2003 and has grown exponentially! Today they bake more than 50 varieties of cupcakes every day. Tourists and residents of NYC must stop by Crumbs at some point in their life...there is sure to be a flavor for every member of the family.

Exotic flavors include zen butter, green tea, ginger, and almond cookie.
