Simple & Savory Cherry Pie Fries

A freshly baked homemade cherry pie might just be the all-American comfort food dessert. But for a fun, finger food twist on the classic, try these delicious Cherry Pie Fries.

The cinnamon-sugar strips dipped into sweet pie filling make for a unique and tasty treat. It's the ultimate finger food that's perfect for kids birthdays, cocktail parties or even just a night in.

And this sweet little snack could not be easier to make. With just a few simple ingredients and 25 minutes total, you'll have a savory treat your family or party guests will love.

The recipe below mentions cherry pie filling (which can easily be found canned at your local grocery store), but you can really use any filling you like. Apple pie filling, pumpkin puree or even Nutella would all be delicious dippers for these sweet fries.

In honor of National Pie Day on Jan. 23, serve up these sweet snacks and see how quickly they're devoured!
