Rad Costume Inspiration from Uncle Jesse

Uncle Jesse may be known for his rockin’ vocals and perfect locks, but this bad biker’s not all leather and hair gel! Aside from being a loving uncle, father and husband, he’s also had some awesome yet questionable fashion choices (even John Stamos couldn’t make that Season 1 mullet work).

This Halloween, take some costume inspiration from America’s favorite leather-loving eye candy and have a Smash Club-worthy Halloween… capice?

Pretty Pink Princess

Isn't Jesse just so pretty in pink?! Channel your inner princess and doll yourself up with some inspiration from our favorite Full House hulk. Hey, if it’s cool enough for Uncle J, it’s cool enough for us!

The King of Rock

Any Full House fan knows that Uncle J eats, breathes, and sleeps for “The King”. While his love for Elvis is a recurring theme in the series, fortunately (or unfortunately) his Elvis getup only sees airtime during season 1. Thank ya very much Uncle Jesse for this rockin’ costume idea.

Wig it Out

When all else fails, swapping your everyday 'do for a rockstar-worthy wig is a simple yet hilarious way to get into the Halloween spirit. While Uncle Jesse's failed blonde locks (Garth Algar, is that you?) make me want to laugh AT him not with him, your blonde bombshell look is hopefully slightly more successful.

DIY Clown

When Michelle Tanner gets trapped in gas station on her birthday, Uncle Jesse brings the party to her by getting a little creative with “props” found around the area. While you may not look this good with a funnel over your head, you can get just as creative with costume ideas using items found in your closet!

The "Vulture"

What do you get when you take 1 part rockstar with 2 parts ridiculous? The answer is the artist formally known as “Vulture” and this leatherclad getup would sure impress and intimidate your friends.

Biker Babes

Have Mercy, Uncle Jesse! Of course, we can’t forget Uncle Jesse’s day-to-day biker attire . Little Michelle was given the ultimate makeover to match her Uncle J, and we think this is the perfect choice for anyone with a munchkin of their own at home. After all, what’s cuter than a sassy biker baby?!

Meet the Flinstones

Uncle Jesse is the only one who can pull off the Fred Flinstone look while accompanying his wife to the hospital while she's in labor. We're a little dissapointed that Aunt Becky wasn't in the Bedrock spirit as well - Wilma's costume would have been the perfect substitute for a hospital gown!

Dirty Mechanic

If you have an old jumpsuit laying around, why not cover it in grease and throw it on for an easy DIY costume idea?! This glimpse into the scary future featured Uncle Jesse as a failed musician losing his prized head of hair while ending up with Kimmy Gibbler who, miraculously, blossoms into a bodacious babe. While I can’t speak for Kimmy’s future, I’m relieved Uncle J didn’t live up to this hair-less destiny.
