Cranberry Ginger Margarita

It only takes one of these delicious cocktails to get in the holiday spirit! Fresh cranberries are simmered with cloves, cinnamon sticks, orange zest and ginger to create the ultimate cool-weather marg.

Sometimes, we put a pot of the cranberry syrup on the stove just to make our apartment smell yummy.

The fresh cranberry and ginger taste complement some of the most delicious tastes of Thanksgiving, and this cocktail can be served all the way throughout the holiday season.

The delicious cranberry-ginger syrup also keeps up to three weeks in a refrigerator, so you can make this far in advance to avoid any last-minute hosting stress on the big day. Make a batch of this tasty syrup a few days early to not only fill your house with the delicious aroma of seasonal cranberries, but also make these delicious and refreshing holiday cocktails in no time as guests arrive.
