Gorgeous DIY Valentine's Day Crafts

Valentine's Day is less than a month away, which means it's time to start thinking about thoughtful gifts, love letters, and all things heart-shaped. Whether you are hosting a party, planning a romantic dinner for two or spending time with some mini-Valentines, what better way to celebrate the day or impress your Valentine than with a few red, pink and gold crafts? Here are some of my favorite oh-so-gorgeous projects.

  • Cupid's arrow is a symbol synonymous with Valentine's Day and the expression of love and who wouldn't feel the love with these romantic Date Idea Arrows? Make these felt-tipped arrows for your Valentine and include a creative date ideas on each one. This is a grown up and much more sophisticated version of a coupon book.

  • For a Valentine's Day craft that is sure to be the center of attention, create this Gold DIY Love Sign. Using wooden letters, large gold sequins and some gold paint, you can make the ultimate Valentine's Day party centerpiece in no time! What I love most about this craft is that the sign can be left up and enjoyed all year round.

  • Show your Valentine some extra love this year with an adorable"Kiss Me" fabric banner. The banner is made with love and care using muslin, twine and paint and while it may take some extra time, I think we can all agree that the end result will make for some gorgeous Valentine's Day decor.

Using mini white envelopes, Valentine stickers and some black and white baker's twine, you can create an inexpensive and unique way to decorate your home for February 14th.

  • Ok, how amazing and adorable is this message in a bottle Valentine? How much do you want to make them and give one to everyone you know?! The good news is that this romantic craft includes only a few supplies and a few steps to make and you get to write a secret message to your Valentine to leave inside!

  • This may, in fact, be the ULTIMATE Valentine's Day craft. I am officially obsessed with these Conversation Heart Pinatas and with good reason -- just look at how amazing and adorable they are! Modeled after the popular Valentine's Day candy, these pinatas make for the perfect gift wrap or party decor.
