Indoor Oogielove Activities for the Kids

Being caregivers to children who love the Oogieloves, we thought, what better way to keep them entertained on a rainy day indoors or even at an Oogieloves theme party, than with these fun games.

Keeping the kids entertained is easy when the Oogieloves join in the fun! If you haven't met the Oogieloves yet, you can check out our quick introduction to them, but if you have heard of Goobie, Zoozie and Toofie, you'll already know how much the kids love them.

The Oogieloves in the Big Balloon Adventure is a movie that breaks from the sit down and be quiet convention other movies encourage and invites the children to sing, dance and have fun.

These free printable games isn't just fun to play, they're also great to print out and give away as favors at an Oogieloves brithday party or playdate. Just print however many you need!

Printable Oogieloves Memory Game

Test the kids' memory with some of the most popular of the Oogieloves icons and symbols. We've created this printable set to keep them entertained.

Five sets of cards can be arranged in so many ways so this activity stays fresh and fun all the time.

To Play: Simply shuffle your cards and place them face down so the themed Oogieloves patterned back is face up. Then, turn over two at a time to guess a match. If you don't guess right, the next player takes a turn. Whoever has the most pairs at the end of the game, wins!

Printable Follow the Leader Game

If you've ever played the classic game "Simon Says" or the Mario Party video game "Shy Guy Says" you'll know how this activity for the kids works.

Step 1: Print out however many sets of music notes you'll need, cut them out and place the red one on one popsicle or stick, and the green one on another.

Step 2: Once you have a set for each child, lead them in a game of follow the leader. Stand facing them holding the red note in one hand, the green in the other and have them mirror you.

Step 3: Then, raise your hands in whatever pattern you'd like and prompt them to follow. If someone makes a mistake, they're out.

Step 4: Shift your patterns from easy to more difficult to follow so the game gets more challenging.

Step 5: The last child left, wins!

Printable Oogieloves Coloring Book

Encourage your child's inner-artist with this Oogieloves coloring book . You can print out as many copies as you might need.

Turn it into a book by simply stapling the pages together or by punching a hole at the top of each page and string together with ribbon or yarn.
