Latte Art So Impressive, it Deserves an Oscar

When it comes to watching The Oscars, I like it a latte. See what I did there? Hopefully Academy Awards host Ellen DeGeneres has better jokes during the March 2 awards ceremony than I do.

Coffee art has been around for a good amount of time now. And even with how impressive these feats of foam and sugar and coffee are, it's not something that's really attention-grabbing anymore.

Except when it comes to these little cups of art magic. Michael Breach, the Brooklyn-based artist, recreated famous scenes and actors from this year's Oscar-nominated movies into his little cups of Joe. And the results are impressive. Like, jaw-droppingly impressive.

Check out Michael hard at work in this video. His creations only last three minutes, which is great because then we wouldn't feel so guilty drinking said latte when he's done.
