Banana Ghosts

These Halloween treats are the perfect mix of healthy, sweet, and spooky!


Ingredients
  • Bananas
  • Lollipop sticks
  • White chocolate candy melts
  • Decorative candy pens
Directions

Cut bananas in half and insert lollipop sticks into cut ends of each. Place in freezer for 2-3 hours, until firm.

Place candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl and cook on high in 20 second intervals until melted (usually about 1 minute).

Dip frozen banana halves into melted chocolate, or use a bread knife to spread chocolate evenly over the banana.

Set pops on a sheet of wax paper, draw the eyes and mouth with the decorative pen, and return to freezer until ready to serve.
