Beach Breeze Cocktail Recipe for a Tailgate Party

Full of fresh fruit, fruity juices and a blend of rum and vodka, this summer cocktail recipe is like a cool tropical breeze that is sure to turn your tailgate into a beach party.


All you need is a one-gallon cooler and a few ingredients, and you’re on your way to pleasing a large pre-game crowd.And the best part is, this big-batch recipe takes less than 20 minutes to make, which means you’ll have even more time to focus on prepping your impressive spread of tailgate party foods!

Ingredients

10 ounces of vodka

10 ounces of dark rum

36 ounces of pineapple juice

36 ounces of coconut water

24 ounces of 7 Up

4 mangos

12 ounces of limeade*

Ice

Coconut shavings

Lime

Directions:

Pour the vodka, rum, pineapple juice, limeade, and coconut water into the cooler and stir until fully blended.

Chop up the mangoes and add them to the thermos. (If you are making this the night before, allow it to rest in the refrigerator over night at this point).

Just before serving, add the coconut shavings, 7 Up, lime wedges and ice, then stir well.

*Note: I use high quality limeade to make the recipe. Avoid anything that appears bright green, as it will alter the look and flavor of your drinks.
