Cake Batter Martini Recipe

Shaken together with sugar, sprinkles and love, this cake batter martini will definitely be the hit of your birthday, but do you honestly need a birthday as an excuse to drink it?

Wahoo it's my birthday! You know what that means, cake and booze. Booze and cake? Whichever order you prefer, I decided to take my birthday to the next level with a birthday cake martini. This isn't just any ordinary cake batter martini either. It has actual cake batter in it! Oh yes, I went there.

I was searching for the perfect cake batter martini that contained cake batter as an ingredient and I fell short, so I decided to take matters into my own hands.

Ingredients:

1/8 cup white cake mix

1/8 cup water

1 oz vanilla vodka

1 oz white chocolate liqueur

sprinkles

alcohol-infused whipped cream (optional)

Directions:

In a bowl, add your white cake mix and water. Mix well.

In a chilled cocktail shaker, add your cake and water mixture, vanilla vodka and white chocolate liqueur. (The top of your shaker is usually equivalent to a shot, in case you didn't know). Shake well!

Take a martini glass and rim it with sprinkles. You can use a simple syrup mixture (water and sugar) and dip your glass in the mix, then dip it in sprinkles or simply use a citrus juice.

At the bottom of your glass, add a few sprinkles then pour in your cocktail from your shaker.
