Chocolate Coffee Martini Recipe

Indulge in this decadent dessert martini, topped with a few bite sized pieces of chocolatey goodness.

There are a lot of chocolate coffee martini cocktail recipes out there, but we're big fans of this version we concocted for a video shoot recently. Part of what made this cocktail so delish is the coffee liqueur we opted to use, but an even bigger reason it turned out so great is the chocolate garnish used.

Here's the recipe we created - complete with tips to skewer your fabulous chocolates from the Fannie May Artisan Line by Norman Love . If you can get your hands on these delectable morsels, do so. We eat with our eyes first and while these chocolates surely encourage that, it's their absolutely delicious flavor that adds to this cocktail recipe.

Shake up this drink recipe for your next chic soiree at home to add a touch of glamor to your night in.

The Araku coffee liqueur we used is smooth enough to sip on its own (as shown in the video) but it is strong, so for a lighter, creamier drink try this recipe.

3 ounces Santa Teresa Araku Rum & Coffee Liqueur

1 ounce white creme de cacao

Chocolate garnish

Pour your liqueur and creme de cacao into a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass.

Garnish with one of your Artisan chocolates on a stick - careful when you stick the chocolates! They're fresh and use high quality chocolate so they'll break if you're to forceful with them.

As you sip, swirl your chocolate in the drink for some added flavor and creamy texture.
