Deviled Eggs with Crab and Dijon Mayonnaise

Everything becomes more elegant when you incorporate some crab meat. Take regular old deviled eggs and turn them into a party head-turner with this recipe. 

With a few carefully chosen gourmet ingredients, you can create something unexpected for your guests to enjoy during your party's cocktail hour.


12 hard boiled eggs

1 can (6 ounces) crab meat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed

1/4 cup Mayonnaise

2 tablespoon sweet pickle relish

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

2 tablespoon seafood seasoning

1/4 teaspoon pepper


Slice the eggs in half, lengthwise. Remove the yolks and set the whites aside.

In a small bowl, mash the yolks with a fork. Add in crab, mayonnaise, relish, mustard, seafood seasoning and pepper; mix well.

Stuff or pipe into egg whites.

Refrigerate until serving.


Makes 24 eggs
