Fresh Fruit Salsa Recipe

One of the great things about this dip recipe is that you can intermix all of your favorite fruits in order to put together a fruit salsa that will suit your taste buds. It's also useful since you can take advantage of seasonal fruits to keep costs down - which is great when making this dip for lots of party guests!

Pair this salsa with fresh, cinnamon-sugar pita chips, or place on mini toasted baguettes topped with cream cheese for a decadent sweet and savory combination.

2 kiwis, peeled & diced

2 golden delicious apples, cored & diced

1 cup raspberries

1 pound strawberries, quartered

1 cup blackberries

1 tbsp brown sugar

3-4 tbsp fruit preserves

In a large bowl, thoroughly mix all fruit, preserves, and sugar. Cover and chill for 15 minutes.

Prepare chips, crostini or anything else you want and enjoy!
