Frozen Butter Beer

Your days of having to travel all the way to Hogsmeade for your favorite buttery brew are over! We've perfected the recipe so you can cool yourself off in those hot summer days after fighting an army of death eaters or teaching a room of eager magical minds.

Although this drink is commonly known in the wizarding world to get your local house elf too tipsy to complete their work, our version is alcohol free and fun for kids of all ages to drink!

Destined to be a summer favorite for everyone, this Harry Potter milkshake can be made in bulk to quench the thirst of several Harry Potter fans by following the recipe below, or you can reduce the measurements for a single serving to treat a very special wizard.

Ingredients:

1 quart Vanilla Ice Cream

1/3 cup Butterscotch Syrup

32 ounces of Cream Soda

1 cup of Ice

Directions:

Add the ice cream, butterscotch, cream soda and ice to a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into tall glasses and then drizzle butterscotch over the top before serving.
