Go Wild! Wild Hibiscus Flower Cocktail
Impress your guests with this specialty champagne wild hibiscus flower cocktail.
I have been itching to try a new cocktail using wild hibiscus flowers. I love special touches on cocktails that will set them apart and really make a statement. I have also just been curious as to what wild hibiscus syrup even tastes like. Let me tell you - it is a yummy sweet (but not too sweet) syrup that is truly different from anything else that I have tried!
I will definitely be using wild hibiscus flowers in future cocktails. This cocktail is such a fun and ejoyable cocktail that is great to serve at a small gathering!
1/2 oz of lemon juice
1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz wild hibiscus flower syrup
1 hibiscus flower
2 oz champagne (or prosecco)
In a champagne glass, drop a wild hibiscus flower in the bottom. Then pour in the hibiscus syrup, lemon juice, and gin. Top with champagne.
I love the presentation of this cocktail. It makes for the perfect "welcome" drink to any small gathering. Hope you enjoy! Go wild!
