Good vs. Evil Sparkling Wine Cocktails

Growing up, my besties and I were always big fans of the Disney princess movies. With the latest blockbuster releases of reinvented princesses like Snow White and the Huntsman, we're making it a special occasion to watch as a group together.

Using the good versus evil theme of the movie, I mixed up these simple sparkling wine cocktails. They were completely different in taste, but they were both so, so delicious. Best of all, because the bottles come with resealable corks (HOORAY!) not a drop from the bottles went to waste.

If you've got your girls coming over for a night in, pop in a good versus evil movie of your choice and use it as an excuse to sip on these cocktails.

Poison Pear Sparkling White Wine Cocktail

You've heard of the poison apple thanks to Disney's 1937 Snow White and the Seven Dwarves, but we're skipping the apple and biting into a pear with our evil elixir. For one thing, it's not so expected as the apple, and for another, it also proves more dangerously delicious.

  • 1 ounce (or shot) of pear nectar
  • Yellow Tail Sparkling White Wine
  • Slice of pear to garnish

Pour a shot of the pear nectar into a champagne flute. Turning at a slight angle, pour your Yellow Tail Sparkling White Wine over the nectar. Garnish with a thin slice of pear.

Makes: 1 cocktail

Chocolate Raspberry Sparkling Wine Cocktail

Raspberries soaked in chocolate and raspberry vodka are a sweet treat all on their own, but we're taking it a step further and spooning a few into a sparkling wine cocktail recipe that's simply too good to resist!

  • 10 raspberries
  • 3 ounces ChocoRaspberry Hamptons Vodka
  • Yellow Tail Sparkling Rose
  • Fresh raspberries, for garnish

Soak 10 of your raspberries for at least 15 minutes in the chocolate-raspberry flavored vodka.

To prepare your drink, spoon a tablespoon worth of the raspberry-infused vodka along with two or three of the raspberries into a champagne flute. Top off with Yellow Tail's Sparkling Rose, then garnish with two additional fresh raspberries.

Yields: 4 cocktails
