Granmamm’s Cocktail

I had an amazing burger at the Baoli, in South Beach Miami. While completely decadent, it can be modified to your liking. It features a sumptuous Kobe beef patty with slivers of foie gras, shavings of black truffles, fresh heirloom tomatoes, a gently-poached quail egg, and sweet caramelized onions between a freshly-baked brioche bun.


I’m a gin kinda gal, which many people can shy away from. This drink is refreshing, and you can always substitute vodka. 

 

 

Ingredients
  • 2 ounces Plymouth Gin
  • 1/2 ounce orange liquor
  • 1/4 ounce fresh cucumber puree
  • 1/4 ounce fresh lime juice
  • Sliced pepper trilogy (to taste)
Directions

Serve in a round wine glass with a fresh cucumber slice and a mint leaf
