Grilled Peaches and Cream

I’m absolutely in love with Summer. Summer weather brings fun with family and friends, time outdoors, and BBQs! When I think of grilling, I normally think of burgers, steaks, chicken, or hotdogs — not dessert.  Grilled Peaches and Cream should never be left out of a great BBQ. They’re the perfect end to a perfect summer meal!

Recently I made a grilling themed dinner for my family. We had delicious Grilled Mexican Sweet Corn, Tequila Lime Chicken, and these Grilled Peaches and Cream for dessert. Everyone was surprised how easy it was to grill the fruit, and how the heat brought out the flavors of summer right before our eyes. Delicious.



  • 4 ripe peaches, halved
  • Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
  • Chopped Walnuts (optional)
  • Breyers Salted Caramel Sauce (or any caramel sauce)
  • Light Olive Oil or Olive Oil Spray

Lightly brush or spray the inside of each peach half with olive oil. Place on grill (medium/medium high heat), cut side down, and grill for approximately 5 minutes. The peaches should be tender and warmed through, but not burnt.



Top with ice cream, hot caramel sauce, and walnuts if desired.
