Grilled S'Meaches Recipe

What’s a S’Meach you ask? Why it’s a traditional s’more that I’ve given a twist – the addition of freshly sliced peaches. And since August is National Peach Month, this is absolutely the best time of year to sink your teeth into this sweet, juicy and succulent fruit. 

There is something really fun and exciting about heading outdoors for a weekend campout – especially when it’s time to sit around the fire with family and friends! No campfire is complete without great conversation, laughter and of course the toasting of marshmallows for S’Meaches, which are absolutely the most incredible treats.

Packed with vitamin C, potassium, and fiber, there is nothing like a ripe, juicy peach - until you add ooey-gooey marshmallow, melted chocolate, and graham cracker that is! The heat from the fire partially caramelizes the peaches adding a smoky-sweet “something extra” to this campfire classic. Trust me, this is a flavor combination you don’t want to miss – total yum!

Tip: When picking out your fresh peaches, smell is a very good indicator of the level of flavor. So if they smell nice and sweet, they probably are!

  • Freshly sliced peaches
  • Marshmallows
  • Graham crackers
  • Chocolate bars
  • Cooking skewers
  • A camp fire

Place your peaches and marshmallows on a skewer, alternating each ingredient.

Toast over an open flame until the peaches and marshmallows are lightly caramelized and browned.

Remove from the heat. Slide your peaches and marshmallow onto a graham cracker square.

Top your peaches and marshmallow with half of your chocolate bar.

Place another graham cracker square on top.

Take a big bite!
