How to Make a Pantry Cocktail

For those of you who need a cocktail in a hurry or who frequently have guests over, but don't want to stock up a full bar, you can keep these items in your pantry to make the perfect signature drink that all of your friends will love.

No need to muddle your own cocktail, this champagne sip encompasses a sweet cherry and grenadine flavor topped with triple sec. I like to call it an adult Shirley Temple. Watch this video or scroll down for the easy tutorial!

Ingredients:

Maraschino cherries

Triple Sec

Grenadine

Champagne (It's ok if it's a cheap bottle!)

Directions:

Place a few champagne flute on your counter top and add two maraschino cherries to the bottom of each glass.

In a cocktail shaker, add a bit of grenadine with Triple Sec. I know this isn't very clear, but it's a pantry cocktail so just wing it. If you've had a rough day, add a little more liquor. You'll thank me for it later.

Give your Triple Sec mixture a good shake and pour a little bit into each champagne flute about a quarter of the way up the glass.

Grab your bottle of champagne and fill the glasses with bubbly up to the top.

Sip and enjoy!
