Mocha Mudslide Popsicle Recipe

Coffee, chocolate, and vodka always seem like a great addition to any party, but combine them and serve as a Popsicle, and your next party will go from fun to legendary in only a few short steps.

Enjoy all the playfulness of a Fudgesicle in a grown up party dress.

Serve as an after dinner dessert, or as a fun addition to a garden party, these Mocha Mudslides are great any time of year - just make sure the kids keep their hands off, or make a special batch for them without the vodka.


6 ounces of heavy whipping cream

1 ounce of Vodka

1 ounce of Coffee

1 ounce of Chocolate milk

cocoa powder

2 tablespoons Kahlua (optional)


Add the vodka, coffee and chocolate milk to a bowl and stir until all the ingredients are blended together to create a dark brown liquid. Next, fill each Popsicle mold half way with the cocktail mixture and freeze for 4 hours. 

Once frozen combine the heavy whipping cream and powdered chocolate to a bowl and mix until they are blended to form a light brown color (for added punch add 2 tablespoons of Kahlua to the blend) before topping off each Popsicle mold to create a 2 tone popsicle effect. 

Freeze for an additional 4-6 hours before serving.

Alternatively, if time is not on your side, blend all the contents together in a blender on low speed for 30 seconds before pouring into each popsicle mold and freezing for 8-10 hours.
