In the lobby of the W Hotel in South Beach Miami, right by the beach, the mixologists set trends, and it’s definitely a nice place to have a cocktail before dinner and people watch.


When I was staying there, I sipped on this delicious and summery tequila cocktail. It was the perfect concoction to enjoy right near the sand and the waves. The St. Germain added a sweet touch of floral to the cocktail, and the edible flower was such a pretty and delicate garnish.

With fresh-squeezed grapefruit and lime with a hint of agave, it's definitely a sweet and fruity cocktail that tastes like a beach getaway. But even if you're not near the ocean, you can make this for a crowd-pleasing summer cocktail! 

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 oz Tapatio Blanco tequila
  • 1/2 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 3/4 oz fresh lime
  • 1/2 oz fresh grapefruit
  • 1/4 oz agave
  • 1/2 egg white
  • Lime Wheels, Edible Flower
Directions

Add all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker, without ice. Pour over ice in rocks glass. Garnish with lime wheels and edible flowers.
