Homemade 3-Ingredient Peach Creamsicles

My nieces 2nd birthday is rapidly approaching. I cannot believe our little baby is becoming more of a little girl and much less of a baby. I’ve been brainstorming what to bring to her party, and I think I’ve found the perfect sweet (and healthy) treat! Peach Creamsicles made with Greek yogurt.

The Peach Creamsicles are guilt-free and incredibly easy to make. Made with fresh ingredients, the kids and adults at any child’s party will love them!

My niece is at an age where she loves sampling ice cream and feeling like a big kid. These little beauties are the perfect thing. They are good for you at the same time as being delicious. They will make her feel all grown up to hold it on her own on her birthday!

Ingredients
  • 2 ripe peaches, diced
  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cup peach nectar (a couple brands to look for are Kern’s and Yoga)
Directions

Combine the Greek yogurt and diced peaches. Pour the yogurt mixture into each popsicle mold, about halfway up each mold. If necessary, use a spoon to push down the yogurt so it reaches the bottom of each mold.

Place molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours. Pour nectar into each mold, filling to the top. Freeze again, for at least another 4 hours.

Makes: 8
