Pear & Ginger Margarita

Try this refreshing take on a margarita that has both the sweet and tangy flavors of pear and ginger. This is my favorite kind of margarita and it will soon be yours!

The pear is fragrant and the ginger keeps it from being overly sweet. The ginger beer gives it the sparkle and fizz that makes this drink extra special. But you could also use ginger ale if you can’t find ginger beer.

I recommend that you make extra pear and ginger simple syrup to have on hand. You can make a pear and ginger soda by adding the syrup to some club soda, or use it in yogurt or over vanilla ice cream, it's delish! The combination of flavors makes it the perfect cocktail for fall. Who says margaritas are just for summertime sipping?
