Pineapple Mint Punch

Fresh, light and simple to make, this punch serves 20 and can be turned into a mocktail punch by omitting the gin. It's a recipe we serve at lots of parties we host and every time we do, it's a hit.

If you've got a crowd coming over, it's an inexpensive sip to serve as well as a balanced mix to make sure everyone is satisfied.

Ingredients
  • Half a cup granulated white sugar
  • 3 quarts pineapple juice
  • 1 quart (liter) gin
  • 1 quart (liter) sparkling water
  • 5 limes squeezed
  • 1 handful of fresh mint leaves
  • Add ice as required
Directions

Simply add the ingredients into your favorite party pitcher, let stand for an hour, then add ice just before serving.

For added color garnish with fresh cut limes and pineapple.
