Vegan Pumpkin Spice Fig Munchkins

This raw vegan dessert recipe is so irresistable, you'll want to serve it at Thanksgiving, Halloween , and even throughout the holidays!

Fall is the season of pumpkin everything, oversized sweaters, and of course - friendly get togethers. From back to school brunches to Thanksgiving, there's so many occasions where the main focus is eating and drinking.

And while we're all for satisfying our taste buds and really indulging in the flavors of the season, we're always on the lookout for new ways to make healthier choices so our next New Year's Resolution doesn't have to do with weight loss. 


  • 16 medjool dates
  • 8 dried figs
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla beans (may substitute vanilla extract)
  • 1/4 cup of coconut sugar (may substitute brown sugar or coconut flakes)
  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon

Place the dates, figs, pumpkin spice, and vanilla beans in food processor. Process until it becomes one big ball that looks like dough.

Combine coconut sugar and cinnamon and put it in a bowl to the side.

Take out a tablespoon of the mixture, and roll it in your hands to make it look like a munchkin (TIP: wet your hands so the mixture doesn’t stick to you!).

Roll the munchkin in cinnamon coconut sugar!

Makes: 12 munchkins
