Skinny Caramel Apple Dip

Every year during fall, my mind is filled with one thing – apples! Apple picking, apple cider and of course, apple recipes. It's one of my favorite times of year, and also one of my very favorite flavors. You know what goes great with apples? Caramel.

I have loved simple Caramel Apple Dip ever since I was a kid. There’s just something wonderful about it. The flavor combination is perfection, and it reminds me of childhood. This simple and healthy healthier version of classic Caramel Apple Dip is sure to be a family favorite.

  • 8-ounce package low-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 a tub (about 6 ounces) fat-free or light Cool Whip
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 16 ounce jar of your favorite caramel sauce (I love Salted Caramel by Smuckers)
  • Apple slices, for dipping

In an electric mixer, blend cream cheese, Cool Whip, and caramel sauce until well combined.

Mix in white chocolate chips



You can eat immediately, or refridgerate for about an hour to allow to firm up a bit. Serve with apple slices.
