S'mores Frozen Pudding Pop Recipe

Making homemade Popsicles® is so rewarding - there’s nothing like enjoying the fruits of your labor while taking a big bite out of your very own frozen creation! And if you’ve never whipped up your pops before, a good way to start is with an easy base.

Chocolate pudding mix is a great base for beginners, and that’s what this recipe uses. To put my own spin on the traditional pudding pop, I added mini marshmallows and graham crackers crumbs. It’s simple to do, and it recreates the tasty s’mores flavor in frozen form!

  • 1 small package chocolate pudding (about 3 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup mini marshamallos
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • Popsicle mold
  • 4 popsicle sticks (if your mold doesn’t come with sticks)

Prepare the chocolate pudding according to the package directions, except don’t worry about allowing the pudding to completely chill and thicken.

Place a few mini marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs in the bottom of each popsicle mold.

Pour the chilled pudding mixture half way into the popsicle mold, then add more mini marshmallows and graham crackers crumbs. Finish filling the popsicle mold and carefully place the mold into the freezer. If your popsicle mold doesn’t have sticks, place a popsicle stick into the center of each mold after 10 minutes in the freezer. Allow the popsicles to freeze until firm, at least 4 hours (but preferably overnight).

Note: Once you make them, these pops will last up to two weeks in the freezer, and are best kept individually wrapped in foil or plastic wrap.

Makes 4 popsicles.
