Sparkling Blackberry Lemonade

Sweet sparklers are a must for a festive celebration; not only are they delicious, sparkling drinks can be made both in cocktail and mocktail form.

This particular recipe is a kid-friendly sip that omits the alcohol, but if you prefer the cocktail version, consider adding a splash of lemon vodka to the mix.

We rimmed our glass with colorful sugar sprinkles for added festive flair, and while a sugar rim isn't required, we definitely suggest it - whether you keep yours colorful or not. The sugar will help balance out the tart flavors found in all the ingredients, making for the perfect party drink recipe.

Ingredients
  • 2 ounces of sparkling apple cider
  • 2 ounces of fresh lemonade
  • 2 tablespoons of blackberry syrup
  • Handful of sugar sprinkles
Directions

Rim a shallow glass with colorful sugar sprinkles and then add the lemonade and blackberry syrup to the glass. Stir until the two ingredients are fully blended and then top with the sparkling apple cider before serving. If you like, you can also garnish with a skewered blackberry.
